To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

由酒樓開張一直都有去幫襯,菜式選擇雖然不多,但勝在用料質數好,環境佈置豪華,地方光猛,坐得舒服,職員服務也不錯。奈何近年每況愈下,用料質數明顯下降,深深體會到的其中一樣……花膠,最初幫襯真的又大又滑又膠,現在的又細又梗,味道?不用問了。菜式單調,選擇一樣少,味精越來越重,海鮮簡選的和煮好送上枱明顯有出入,所以近來已盡量不叫海鮮了。如一大班人去食,真是沒有太多菜式選擇,職員只會提議加大餸菜份量,而價格有增無減。至於服務水平也太不如前,點餸後有其他需要,職員都是扮忙扮睇你唔到,越舉手越看不見職員的踪影,說話也沒有禮貌,加水、追餸都好似是欠了他們的,常常離遠見他們在魚缸後面吹水,但就是不出來招呼客人,尤其是一大班黑衫部長,回應態度像大排檔的伙記,這就是你們的服務態度?!
