To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食物一般嘅貴價麵店但咖啡出色

有日誤打誤撞經過通菜街，見到呢間麵店門面裝修幾靚， menu易吸引。。之前好想試好湯X麵但一直食唔到，呢間都係主打湯底 所以二話不說就入咗去！！叫咗補一補海鮮湯麵，聲稱係用鮮魚骨淆製湯底唔算太濃清清地，飲落都算鮮甜但又唔係有咩藥材味，唔知點補法😅😅😂，但竟然隱約有好大陣芫茜味。。對於唔食西嘅朋友嚟講都算幾大衝擊🤐🤐🤐🤐 配料方面最好當然係有塊花膠其，其他嘢都比較下欄。。好似蟹柳青口同魚肚🤡小食方面叫咗炸金沙蠔，蠔都算新鮮金沙味道亦正常 ，但炸出嚟非常唔乾身啲水仲滴下滴下。。炸物嚟講完全唔合格😥 另外, 叫咗金銀蛋浸白菜，都幾足料唔錯！最驚喜既竟然係咖啡☕ 佢哋嘅本地烘焙個味偏 Fruity , 飲同聞都好香亦好有層次， 一定要試整體嚟講，地方算係幾好坐，但食物質素一般，價錢偏貴，亦要收加一服務費 最值得試反而係咖啡！
