To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上菜龜速，三催四請都仲未送到，食物質素名不副實，份量少，分菜並不專業，分到成枱都係，部長EQ極底，完全漠視客人需要，亦不理會問題，轉身就走，再叫都唔理你。要自行沖茶，食具有殘餘食物，問攞餐具要等最少10分鐘。廁所衛生程度不能容忍，地下濕滑，臭氣熏天。菜單優惠價格受特別條款限制，但並無列明，埋單先知有問題。要睇清楚張單，仲有不明收費。埋單亦是龜速，由開始叫埋單，到真正俾錢，需要20分鐘。成餐晚飯食到一肚氣。不知所謂。
