To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天難得過開黎礸石山廣場,想食烏冬,就入左甘味食。 我叫左set A 壽司拼盤+烏冬,第一舊食三文魚覺得都不錯,之後再食卷物(入面包青瓜及黃色酸瓜,上面有層蟹子),一放入口就嗅到變壞左的味道。 不知是入面的食料定係蟹子,我立即兩舊都無食度,告訴侍應。當侍應轉告廚師,廚師立即用好嬲的態度問邊個客呀? 話d食物變壞? 剛好我坐在門口聽到。我覺得用好態度告訴你們食物變壞,不是要投訴,係吾想下一位客人食到,好心提醒。
