To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 突然興起想食燒肉,原本喺app攞咗牛角buffet嘅籌,點知等咗兩個鐘都仲有百幾個no.先到🤯即時再開app睇下邊間分店唔使等...最後揀咗黃埔分店😌【牛角十品燒肉盛合(鹽醬)】樣樣都想試少少所以決定嗌呢款拼盤試下,一次過可以食到嚟自美國同日本唔同部位嘅牛肉😝個人認為【美國嘅牛板腱肉】最好食,有咬口得嚟又有肉香😋反而望落去佈滿雪花嘅【日本和牛肉眼】同埋【和牛西冷】只食到滿口油,就算食兩片都已經有D膩🤨【玉子蟹膏飯】原本想叫必食嘅牛角飯,不過又比蟹膏吸引咗😝蟹膏份量唔算多,撈埋蛋之後好似無乜味🤪下次都係食番牛角飯算數【韓國辣牛肉湯拉麵】明知牛角主打日式燒肉,實在唔應該叫韓式拉麵😂見到隔離枱食又忍唔住叫,味道係預料中嘅不過不失【檸檬燒酌梳打】食燒肉點可以唔飲酒呢🍺見咁大杯飲酌,又大大粒冰,諗住問職員攞支飲管⋯回覆係唔多友善嘅語氣「飲管要加錢」🙃

個人認為【美國嘅牛板腱肉】最好食,有咬口得嚟又有肉香😋

原本想叫必食嘅牛角飯,不過又比蟹膏吸引咗😝
蟹膏份量唔算多,撈埋蛋之後好似無乜味🤪下次都係食番牛角飯算數

明知牛角主打日式燒肉,實在唔應該叫韓式拉麵😂
見到隔離枱食又忍唔住叫,味道係預料中嘅不過不失

【檸檬燒酌梳打】
食燒肉點可以唔飲酒呢🍺
