To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨晚家人宴開兩大席慶生,食物有鮑參翅肚,味道一般,不覺驚喜!今次最想講的係服務真的很差! 昨晚是星期五晚,全場數埋十檯客都無。 侍應的數目唔算多但亦唔算少, 但服務真的唔提唔做囉!首先酒席的醬油小碟- 大家都知晚飯酒席唔同的小菜會跟唔同的醬油,例如翅會跟醋,炒西蘭花西芹配蠔油等等⋯ 但侍應們完全無意識要跟呢d. 分晒翅,每人一碗,我地唔問都唔醒覺要拎比我地!叫可樂,又係要提幾時至拎比我地!另外用具安排 - 每人只有刀叉,筷子及圓碟, 並沒有提供碗或匙。 當食海參炒西芹,上菜又唔跟大鐵匙,到我地要求侍應提供,搵左5分鐘都只係無。 最後只可比兩隻湯匙。 咁大間酒樓,明知當晚有兩圍十幾人既酒席,點解都唔會準備好?食炒飯時,又係唔提唔會派碗,我地幾時變左食西餐咁,全程只得一隻碟?咁既服務質數,陶源的好名聲都比呢班侍應令我地bad list 無下次!

咁既服務質數,陶源的好名聲都比呢班侍應令我地bad list 無下次!
