多謝我幾位好朋友同我慶生,疫情持續,防疫措施收緊下,無晚市堂食,只可以嚟個early dinner第一round 先試試點心 - 腸粉算係比較好,其他都唔算有太大驚喜▶️筍尖鮮蝦餃▶️椒鹽龍鬚▶️茶美豚酥皮焗餐包▶️鵝肝咸水角▶️脆皮海皇腸粉 - 用上了網皮將餡料包裹,食落口感會特別香脆👍第二round 就叫咗幾樣招牌特色中菜▶️生炒臘味糯米飯 - 講到係生炒當然要試吓,今時今日已經甚少餐廳食肆會咁做,因為相當費時。講到係廚師精選,真係做到有飯焦之餘而糯米飯亦粒粒分明▶️蜜汁叉燒 - 滿滿蜜汁香味,但叉燒略嫌過瘦,又欠點肉味,有啲失色▶️凍頂烏龍茶燻鴿 - 充滿烏龍茶香味,而乳鴿亦好夠肉,唔錯!▶️酥香焗蟹蓋 - 正所謂無比較無傷害,明閣無論擺盤甚至用上花蟹做蟹蓋已經完勝▶️脆皮炸子雞 - 講到係廚師精選,的確做到皮脆肉嫩,唯獨是欠缺肉味,但佐以淮鹽後還是好味的最後係餅房訂做了蛋糕 - 凍頂茉香茶朱古力蛋糕,完美!總結:食物嚟講只算正常水準,但服務水平同環境都值得一讚!
