To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同屋企人去咗中式酒樓食飯，我哋叫咗個馬拉糕同埋乾炒牛河，食物不錯，份量好夠，唔會細細碟，食到好飽，而且乾炒牛河係即叫即整，熱騰騰的，好有鑊氣，所以個乾炒牛河係一流，至於個馬拉糕，都係即叫即整，放到上枱是噴煙，熱呼呼的，而且質地很綿，所以呢一間嘅食物有保證，只要環境方面，更加係舒服好楚，侍應服務很好，會好有禮貌的對待，覺得自己是貴賓一樣，例如叫佢拎一壺水，佢會即刻到，非常主動熱情，而且有笑容，我覺得呢個好加分，做服務行業最緊要係服務，呢度冷氣都好夠，唔會太多人，好擠迫，反而係好有空間，覺得傾偈都有私隱，所以我覺得呢一間好適合一家大細嚟食飯，下一次都會再嚟，值得推介俾朋友！而且地方位置在銀座站，一落車， 1分鐘就到呢一間酒樓，所以呢一間係非常之受歡迎！
