To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於中環樓上嘅麵館，唔太起眼，如果唔係有人介紹，真係唔會知呢度有間咁嘅餐廳。小麵好似係川菜黎，睇電視話係四川人嘅早餐，成碗都紅色，又麻又辣。呢間餐廳就明顯係主打小麵，今次叫左牛肉小麵，其實我已經食過幾次，但今次無之前咁好食，應該係因為餐廳睇錯order，我只係想要小辣，佢比左小麻小辣我，完全唔夠麻，唔夠香，之前正常情況下係好香又夠麻，超惹味，同埋佢嘅辣係唔會令你食完覺得辛苦，好順口。涼菜叫左蒜泥青瓜同夫妻肺片，味道就正常，都好食嘅，但無乜特別。另外值得一試嘅係門神手工啤，叫左個dragon king ，柚子味啤酒，好飲！柚子味唔算好濃，但遮左少少啤酒花嘅苦澀味，適合女士👍🏻 下次試埋其他款！最後朋友因為唔食辣叫左個蕃茄牛肉麵，佢話味道就係正常😂 無乜特別。
