聽過生記的名字已數十次,但今次才是第一次來。是剛搬到的新店,既被稱為米芝蓮經典粵菜,當然有所期待。朋友指名要黃沙豬潤,我必食义燒、生炒骨,但中午原來是沒有泥鯭弼,於是改了手磨生煎蓮藕餅,古法製鹽焗雞、椒鹽九肚魚。原來新鮮黃沙豬膶,係好搶手難買,要與供應商保持良好關係才可確保優質貨源,所以每日只能限量供應。黃沙豬膶與一般豬膶不同,食落好有質感,不乾身,好有水份,但我不好豬膶,尤其那味道,不過湯及枸杞有鮮味的。生炒骨完全不覺有粉醬,肉嫩,而且汁濃郁,好醒胃。义燒最見真章,見證師傅的功力。朋友之前已食過數次,她說依舊好味,相信師傅依然保持水準。至於炒麵及白糖糕,就不過不失。
