今日下午我們喺粉嶺做完嘢之後,覺得有啲肚餓,諗著喺附近睇吓有咩好食,行吓行吓去到聯和墟和豐街見到有間裝修古色古香,好有懷舊感覺嘅「雅士餐廳」,所以我們就入咗去食下午茶!我們叫咗煙三文魚碎蛋沙律法包烘得相當鬆脆,煙三文魚同碎蛋的份量都好豐富,以$45有埋一杯熱飲,真係好抵食!夏威夷薄餅嘅餡料有芝士、火腿、菠蘿同蕃茄蓉,係新鮮即叫即焗嘅薄餅,所以個餅皮覺得特別脆身,啲材料非常多,而且唔會好油膩嘅感覺,同埋他們係用新鮮的蕃茄蓉去焗,口感非常好,絕對不是用蕃茄醬咁酸!酥皮焗海鮮湯嘅酥皮焗得超酥化,湯底嘅味道非常濃郁,材料相當豐富,有蝦肉、蜆肉、青口仔、螺肉、魷魚同素翅,真係超足料抵食呀!法式焗田螺係咁多樣食物之中,我們最鍾意嘅,因師傅控制焗嘅時間火候調教得恰到好處,所以田螺嘅肉質非常爽滑彈牙,而且食落有啖啖肉汁,唔會好似其他西餐廳咁,將啲田螺焗到又「嚡」又韌又乾身,就連伴碟嘅薯蓉都絕不馬虎,薯蓉嘅質感非常軟滑,食落仲有好芳香濃郁嘅煙肉香味,真係做得相當出色,可以感受到師傅對製作食物嘅用心同熱誠,而且價錢亦都好相宜,「半打」都係$65,真係超正呀!係本人嘅必食推介!總括:估唔到喺粉嶺呢間開業三十
總括:估唔到喺粉嶺呢間開業三十多年嘅隱世西餐廳嘅食物出品可以咁出色,水準甚至可以好過尖沙咀區嘅西餐廳,真係值得讚賞!
