To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早餐豬扒麵(用福字麵)個朋友叫錯左，十秒內叫『哈比肥拉』服務員改，話無得改，同她講其他餐廳都可以，死死地氣去改，『哈比』轉頭比重『嘴妙妙』，好似要佢做少少野，係d客錯，真係以為收大快活價錢，重差過快活，下一層個間收費差唔多，態度就好好多，呢間真係我第一次比你一個，你們的態度好到比個，開左無幾耐就做到咁好，真係以為何文田得你一間咩，新唔係大曬，裝修好都無用，食物水準，服務態度唔改，只係個包好食，堂食無下次。
