To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次上openrice寫食評,估唔到係由劣評開始!對呢間日本燒肉店並唔陌生,之前次次經過都見到人生人海,book位更不是等2,3天既事!最近終於終於有機會一試,門口唔再出現人龍,但當時都不以為然!入到去坐的是4人座,環境都幾舒服~開始叫野食,唔難發覺餐牌上選擇不多!最後叫左一份王樣胸腹肉,一份香草雞肉,一份薄牛舌,香姑同露荀,仲有辣油豆腐,2個牛角飯首先個胸腹肉,係王牌,但唔覺特別好食,肉質屬普通~而牛舌就唔知點解燒極都係有一邊咬唔開,反而香草雞係最好食,而且又唔怕燒過頭,香草味濃.蔬菜方面,香姑係比埋汁邊燒邊落的,不過真係好鹹,落少少已經好夠,荀都唔係特別好食,份量少,蔬菜每碟得5粒=____=!!!個豆腐係人氣之選,但完全唔覺有幾好食,完全冇辣味,豆腐唔係特別香,上面只有帶苦的香料,曬錢..牛角飯普通既飯加上紫菜,一些醬汁同蔥,普通。既然食物唔得,服務質素應該係另一個關注點~好可惜.呢間野既服務只有大大的扣分!!永遠不再去!!事緣埋單時,侍應只找左幾張大紙,其他全是毫子,禮貌上不可能只比毫子人,就係咁我地連單都拎埋,呢個時候比我地發現一個類似經理既人,叫佢手下唔好同我地講多謝曬!

既然食物唔得,服務質素應該係另一個關注點~

事緣埋單時,侍應只找左幾張大紙,其他全是毫子,禮貌上不可能只比毫子人,
就係咁我地連單都拎埋,呢個時候比我地發現一個類似經理既人,
叫佢手下唔好同我地講多謝曬!(正常係好多侍應一齊講)
好衰唔衰比我地睇到曬!真係好嬲!當食客入黎食野係唔洗比錢架??
搞到我地好稀罕佢講咁!不過好彩我地冇比到!
如果大家想比錢食唔值的食物再加上受氣的,呢度真係不二之選啦。
