To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢個星期同家人想來食火鍋,因為佢地之前來過話好食,雖然當年的服務只是一般,但今晚我地來到,佢地由門外到入座,之後到點菜上菜,及提供意見時,服務態度都係一流,無壓力亦無黑面,雖然我地諗左好耐不斷加單及問問題,但佢地每位好熱心服務,有位新來的女職員雖然唔太熟悉點菜但都好好態度,唔講真係以為去左五星級酒店的日本料理餐廳言歸正傳,先點左個手工黑啤,北海道小樽手工生產,我同太太都覺得幾好飲,麥味濃,之後我們上的菜係天婦羅,爐端燒,蛋,西京燒,火鍋,我最喜歡天婦羅,好鮮味,炸得剛剛好,材料整新鮮,西京燒的銀雪魚都係同樣非常好食而火鍋最大驚喜就係入面的三文魚,非常多油份,嫩滑,但絲毫沒有腥味,應該係香港的餐廳食過最好品的的三文魚飯後點了雪榚,綠茶及椰子都係真材實料,極濃味
