Restaurant: Forbidden Duck (Times Square)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 訂了12點4位,點了片皮鴨4人餐。叉燒上先,味道都ok,賣相靚仔嘅。第二個上片皮鴨,片皮鴨只是微熱,沒有熱辣辣新鮮出爐的感覺。味道同一般酒樓嘅分別唔大,冇咩特別驚喜,但貴一半價錢。咕嚕肉偏肥膩,酸甜味唔突出。味道只是普通。龍躉食落冇咩鮮味,腌得太咸,得配菜嘅木耳同菇唔錯。炒飯好遲先上,諗住留少少餸可以送飯食,但等到嚟啲餸都涼咗,味道變得更差。最後埋單發現收茶水每位20蚊,仲要另外收加一。性價比好低。今餐是第一次光顧,體驗麻麻哋。
