To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 開左一段時間, 但前排去到原來仲未營業, 到前幾日先開始真係有野食. 依間鋪嘅模式比較少見, 店鋪分前後兩部份, 前鋪部份就如超級市場, 有賣他自己農場生產的蔬菜肉類等. 後鋪部份則是餐廳, 也是標榜用其自家農場的食材來做菜. 然而, 可能是試業, 所以人手極不足, 同時也不熟手, 所以落單後, 等了頗長一段時間才有野食. 四人, 叫了一個奇味雞煲餐. 雞煲的味道不能說是十分惹味, 但雞件的雞味的確較一般市面為濃. 配料加了芽菜和寬粉, 芽菜比一般來得有咬口, 寬粉則不見特別. 由於是試業期間做特價, 所以四人的人均消費只是60元左右, 也算是幾抵.  以這樣的食物質素來講, 食得過.
