今天(9月29日)與同事一行六人去吃中秋午飯,經open rice 訂位@13:30,早到了,明白要等待安排座位,但見到一名男士講明沒有訂位,但此男職員請他等待;當時現場就是這兩組客人。當我們見到一張6人卡位正在整理中,此男職員竟給那個沒訂位客人入座此卡位。當時我同事上前問那男職員安排入座情況,他竟睜大雙眼,語氣其差話:我地安排緊你地入座啦!他的態度令我同事氣憤受委屈,到最後入座,仍是整頓飯要安撫那同事心情而失了節日飯興緻。雖然最後有另一位女職員知道我同事心情,甚至最後送上甜品。應該不會再來。。。
