International Wine Bar Hotel Restaurant Food Wise Eateries No Shark Fin

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間喺 JW Marriott 嘅魚吧池畔餐廳主打海鮮，蟹餅外皮炸得香膽，入面啖啖蟹肉同龍蝦肉。白酒煮青口，青口非常大隻厚肉，食落都鮮甜嫩滑。Toothfish成長喺南極，魚皮煎得香脆，肉質都好到魚油香同嫩滑，有少少似鱈魚。可惜生蠔有蠔殻碎，而且服務有好大進步空間！⁣⁣Lovely poolside seafood restaurant at JW Marriott. The crab cake, mussels, pan-fried toothfish were a bit pricey but nice. The oysters were fresh as well but there were some pieces of shell in several of them. Also, the service was extremely unattentive! Disappointed!⁣
