同朋友👱🏻‍♀️上咗山頂行大運🤣，行完之後肚仔餓要食嘢，入咗嚟呢個商場，行個圈，見到呢間餐廳有 Soufflé 食，幾啱呢日嘅胃口，於是就決定入去開餐😆$85「牛油果🥑火腿牛角包🥐」：牛油果🥑新鮮好滑😋，火腿係意大利🇮🇹 prosciutto 有鹹香😋，配埋脆脆哋嘅牛角包🥐，簡單好食🤩$138「明太子醬三文魚籽意大利麵🇮🇹」：明太子醬 creamy 得嚟輕身，好味😋，意大利麵🇮🇹煮得 al dente，啱我胃口🤩$136「士多啤梨🍓梳乎厘」：Soufflé 做得超輕身、鬆軟、微甜，出奇地美味😋，配埋忌廉同埋雪糕，食到舔舔脷🤩$68「手沖咖啡」：係嚟自 Guatemala 嘅咖啡豆，有 dried berries 同 cane sugar 味道，略帶微酸，整體嚟講味道 subtle 😋$42「伯爵茶鮮奶咖啡」：甜甜哋，幾香奶味，幾滑😋
