第一次在中環吃過印象不錯山頂分店環境寧靜 座位坐得舒適主打出色的梳乎厘👍🏻其他食物也一樣美味😋但衛生方面令人有點失望😓餐具洗得不夠乾淨表面存在污穢連食物餐碟仔細看也極度骯髒🫨綠野仙蹤意大利飯🧅🍛白色餐碟上邊緣有橙色污漬😥，𝟛隻帶子表面煎至焦香，內裡肉質鮮嫩彈牙，意大利飯配青色醬汁很𝕔𝕣𝕖𝕒𝕞𝕪，口感有點像薯蓉，還有加入蘆荀，紅椒，洋蔥🧅，整體味道是我喜歡的，但為何餐碟有明顯污漬也給客人食用🫨辣蕃茄蟹肉扁意粉🌶️🍅🦀🍝扁意粉彈牙有嚼勁，表面舖上適量的蟹肉，拌入大量香辣蕃茄醬相當掛汁，吃起來酸酸辣辣挺開胃😋藍莓希臘乳酪梳乎厘🫐🥞連甜品的餐碟也看見污穢😵‍💫，𝟛塊震騰騰的梳乎厘入口軟綿綿，蛋香味濃厚，配上藍莓果醬酸酸甜甜，再搭配奶油及雪糕一起很好吃😋人見人愛花茶🌻🌹🫖除了茶葉外還加入了菊花🌻，玫瑰花🌹及草莓🍓，喝到菊花及玫瑰的芳香，花茶泡一段時間會慢慢變濃味，值得讚揚之處是可以向職員再添加熱水慢慢喝就算食物質素再好，但餐廳缺乏衛生意識令人減低食慾，雖然疫情趨緩也不能忽略衛生，不過沒有看見其他食客提及這個問題，希望今次只係個別例子😲 continue reading
