老婆今日收早,所以一齊約埋朋友去食泰國菜,食得泰國菜就緊係落九龍城。由於我地未試過小曼谷,所以就去一試。鹽燒烏頭,好難食,唔夠鹽去燒,香味不足,魚身肉質鞋及梅,只用香茅放入魚肚內燒,所以欠缺香料的香味。其他店鹽燒魚會用香茅,香葉/檸檬葉,南薑,金不煥等香料。芝士蝦丸,好大粒,蝦丸好彈牙但無蝦味,應該唔係用全蝦膠,可能溝左墨魚膠。用一般車打芝士片去做,車打芝士在炸蝦丸內未能突出到芝士香味及拉絲的效果,應該改用mozzarella cheese,味道及效果才可達標。泰式炒粉絲味道平平,像廈門炒米的味道一樣,不試也罷。沙爹串燒味道ok ,但沙爹汁無沙爹香味蝦醬炒飯,蝦醬味唔突出。馬拉盞通菜味道ok,如果多點辣味會好些。生菜包味道淡生蝦好新鮮
