To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每次想食潮洲菜都係去時代廣場呢間潮洲菜館。裝修唔錯,座位舒適,招呼也好。點了:辣盬鮮魷:用避風塘式煮法,魷魚新鮮,味道唔錯。沙嗲牛河: 呢個好好食,沙嗲汁香濃,牛肉靚,不落鬆肉粉,河粉夠粗又夠滑,正!煎蠔餅: 蠔仔大粒又新鮮,不過個粉漿一般。糖醋麵線: 呢個每次來必點,賣相已經好吸引,煎得剛好,麵線夠滑,麵質靚。

沙嗲牛河: 呢個好好食,沙嗲汁香濃,牛肉靚,不落鬆肉粉,河粉夠粗又夠滑,正!

煎蠔餅: 蠔仔大粒又新鮮,不過個粉漿一般。

糖醋麵線: 呢個每次來必點,賣相已經好吸引,煎得剛好,麵線夠滑,麵質靚。
