To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食物唔錯，但體驗好差

我幫男朋友慶祝生日book左呢間酒店自助餐，入場後安排左我地坐最角落個位，亦係全場最差既位係大堂旋轉樓梯下面，出去拎嘢食好唔方便，睇唔到live band，服務員少會留意到呢個位。另一個敗筆位係冇暖氣，當日氣溫好低，我個位係最角落而且隔離就係玻璃，體感溫度同係街外冇乜分別，我係全程著住大褸食嘢，我隔離嗰枱入座冇幾耐都著返羽絨，行到去拎野食位有返人氣先feel到有溫度。氣溫太凍食嘢都冇得好好享受。。。首先我地提早左兩個月book位，而且標明係慶祝生日，竟然安排到我地坐啲個位置，令到我哋好掃興。另外保暖不足呢個問題都希望你哋可以好改善，天氣凍既時候好影響到人。講返食物方面，我覺得水準唔錯，比較好食既有小籠包，即包即蒸但成日冇哂，魚生都ok新鮮帶子大大粒；龍蝦湯；仲有花膠食；甜品雪糕種類好多。可惜因為上述既原因令我冇得好好享受美食。
