一頓豐盛的鐵板燒,由日藉師傅主理,份外親切及值回票價。山下共有十二吧枱座位及一間貴賓房。晚餐有兩款選擇,相差只一百五十塊,揀了貴一點的。先來一個餐前小吃,松露菌湯,量小味濃。日本特選刺身,三件精緻刺身,鯛魚呑拿,擺設吸睛,增加食趣。加拿大龍蝦,赤裸裸的蝦鉗肉身,鮮甜嫩滑,爽口非常,蘸上配醬,味蕾享受。日本甘鯛,像一艘浮船在清綠湯海上浪蕩,湯甜肉鮮,大快朵頤。一客青森鮑魚,見師傅在鐵板上特別烹製,軟轜鮮味,片片切開,有嚼勁。少不了的牛物,餐是黑毛和牛西冷,可另加四百塊嚐近江和牛,兩款都試了,碟上看無差別,入口便知分別,後者確實嫩口即融。再另外加一客鵝肝,表脆內軟,滑不溜口,齒頰留香。最後的蒜蓉燒飯、麵鼓湯及甜品,基本上已放不下肚囊,但仍然徹底處理。好一頓晚餐緩和近日緊張的氛圍。
