有人介紹話佢地既lunch 好抵食同都幾出名可以去試,所以約咗朋友一齊試試佢。服務都算唔錯,不過店內冷氣就凍咗少少! 我點咗個set lunch係「和牛,龍蝦」,前菜沙律(正常),麵豉湯(正常),龍蝦都幾彈牙個汁都好味,和牛就有d筋,有d位比較難咬,最後嘅蒜蓉燒飯我個人認為一般比較單調 蒜蓉味唔算好出。食物其實都算好好,但乾淨程度就真係差d,因為地下好黐立立,唔知係唔係倒瀉嘢無拖返,間唔中食食下野有陣酸味飄上嚟,同埋兩隻杯都有漬,呢下真係無諗過,希望之後會有改善。

食物方面係唔錯嘅,和牛、鵝肝同炒飯都係幾好食,我男朋友都話幾正,食物都算係對得住個價錢!但可能因為疫情剛剛復常,餐廳職員唔多,明顯唔係咁夠人。我地一坐低就覺得個位吹正個冷氣,想問下個職員可唔可以較細少少,或者調一調個位。有個睇落似Senior嘅職員就行埋嚟話"我地未聽過有客人話凍",跟著就行開左。我心諗冇人話凍又唔等於唔凍,加上個風口足住點都唔舒服。之後我再問可唔可以調第2個位,佢又話"冇得調,Booking full晒喇",我成餐依左個半鍾,起碼有10個吉位,全程冇人坐,但佢都唔俾我調,我覺得職員嘅態度同安排真係唔太妥當。希望餐廳可以注意下依一點,必須以客為本,如果唔係只會浪費左廚師嘅廚藝同餐廳個氣氛。

〔特選黑毛和牛西冷〕油脂感滿滿﹑入口無筋而肉味濃厚,三成熟度令肉質保持鮮嫩,係鐵板上已經香氣撲鼻。而最有驚喜嘅要數黑松露蒸蛋!黑松露除咗帶出香氣,亦已完全滲透至嫩滑到立於固體同流質分界線之上嘅蒸蛋,融為一體。

因為當日實在太認真傾計而忘記為其他菜式拍照(鞠躬),但不得不提以〔雪芳蛋糕配雪糕〕作結亦係相當亮麗,蛋糕鬆軟程度同雪糕綿滑程度都係餐廳將平凡食材發揮到極致嘅另一體現。
