To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每逢母親節、父親節,我哋一家都好鍾意嚟金鐘嘅北京樓食佢哋最出名嘅北京填鴨。所以,今年都不例外。我哋一台六人,但每次都鍾意叫佢哋嘅三人餐再另加嘢食。前菜:醉雞,酒味剛剛好唔會蓋過雞味 沙律香芒蝦球係我爸爸嘅至愛,香香甜甜嘅芒果配炸蝦球,冇得頂蟲草花鮑魚螺頭湯,湯料十足,味道豐富,齒頰留香主菜:嚟北京樓就梗係要叫佢哋嘅王牌北京填鴨。填鴨嘅皮入口即溶,好味得過分。腐竹雞毛菜,略嫌太鹹。甜品:合桃露,唔會太甜,不錯不錯。餐以外我哋有叫燒黃花魚、炒飯、兩大鍋嫩雞煨麵。燒黃花魚就太乾。如題目,食材就非常好,但服務每一次都覺得佢哋啲侍應好似做又卅六唔做又卅六嘅態度。亦都非常之冇禮貌。
