To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

【尖沙咀】Pierside 👍😋星期五晚想搵個地方同朋友傾計食飯，酒店餐廳，唔趕人，嘢食又幾好, 仲睇到海景，都只係2百幾蚊個人，真係邊度搵！單點餐牌基本上有85折，即場申請做會員卡，唔使錢嘅，就可享有8折！好抵！如果叫龍蝦set dinner就無折，都係$298加10%1. 慢煮脆嫩乳豬🐷，配香草抓飯，煙肉白菌，梅子汁$190 (折後價錢）- 果然做到皮脆肉嫩，又唔會有好多肥肉，抓飯份量都算多，味道真的不錯，煙肉磨菇亦好味！2. 香烤春雞🐔，配炒波特菇🍄，半乾蕃茄🍅，意大利青瓜焦糖牛油汁 $214 - 雞肉不算特別嫩，但一點都不會老，調味適中，意大利青瓜都幾多3. 伴菜特色煙肉香蔥焗薯🥔$30 - 味道同想像中嘅差不多，薯仔都焗得ok，但汁就唔夠多，難以食晒全個4. 伴菜海鹽黑松露炒手指薯條🍟$38 - 不是炸的，烤得幾香，薯肉豐厚，松露味就唔係太覺5. 鮮蟹肉🦀🦀香草蕃茄濶條麵 $158 - 蟹肉份量超多，讚！味覺亦好，十分喜歡呢碟闊條麵！
