To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. ※位置/環境※餐廳位置有少少山卡啦。由西營盤A1出口出,向東華醫院方向行,經過東華醫院正門，再向前走，左手邊會見到有條樓梯仔，呢度就係普慶坊，沿著樓梯向上走，走到最盡就會見到sp_ce雖然位置係有啲山卡啦，但就係因為咁，環境顯得更加遠離煩囂同寧靜，適合chill一chill♡佢有indoor同少少outdoor位置，餐廳唔算好大好spacious，適合少人既組合來訪。成日都full house,所以有心的話記得要預早等位或book定位。※食物※因為之前試過好幾次摸門釘，所以好記得sp_ce以前唔開星期一，突然發現佢最近星期一都有營業!*\(^o^)/*即刻黎嘆個Green Monday!但礙於疫情，今次選擇左外賣自取，原來openrice外賣自取仲有折添!好抵食!1.意大利黑松露醬炒滑蛋Bagel ☆☆☆☆☆呢間既黑松露炒蛋應該都出晒名架喇!應該都唔使多講。的而且確，個蛋炒得好靚!個生熟度啱啱好!唔會太生太水，亦唔會過熟太硬。推疊出黎既滑蛋紋路層次分明，望住都好有治癒感。配上大量黑松露醬，個盒都未打開已經陣陣好香既黑松露香氣飄溢而出。食落去，每啖都係又香又滑嫩既炒蛋同黑松露，確係出色的

雖然位置係有啲山卡啦，但就係因為咁，
環境顯得更加遠離煩囂同寧靜，適合chill一chill♡

適合少人既組合來訪。

呢間既黑松露炒蛋應該都出晒名架喇!應該都唔使多講。
的而且確，個蛋炒得好靚!
個生熟度啱啱好!唔會太生太水，亦唔會過熟太硬。
推疊出黎既滑蛋紋路層次分明，望住都好有治癒感。
配上大量黑松露醬，個盒都未打開已經陣陣好香既黑松露香氣飄溢而出。食落去，每啖都係又香又滑嫩既炒蛋同黑松露，確係出色的。

仲值得欣賞係佢個Bagel,
一切落去，刀下已經感覺到外皮既薄脆。
個Bagel 完全做到外面香脆，入面煙韌有嚼勁既感覺。其實淨係個Bagel都好好食。

呢一個絕對係另一Green Monday開心之選。
牛油果同pesto個味道好夾。
加埋多種菇類同蕃茄仔，味道質感豐富多層次。所以唔好淨focus係黑松露炒蛋，其實呢個都好好味!
