山西肉夾饃 $168 如果叫下江南套餐嘅話就會送埋兩款小食,如果單叫嘅話就要$138。肉夾饃入面有好多京蔥絲、肉粒同生菜。餅酥好鬆脆,咬落去熱辣辣咁好幸福。餐廳用左辣椒粉、孜然粉同白胡椒粉去調味,真係好有山西食物嘅特色。驚太辣嘅人都唔洗怕,佢唔係好辣,份量落得適當,可以帶出個味道但係又唔會太西利。跟餐有醉珍肝同埋四喜烤麩。醉珍肝聞起黎有淡淡嘅酒香,但係又唔會話係好刺鼻。肝咬落去又唔會柴,又唔會好乾,相反好入味唔會苦。四喜烤麩鹹鹹甜甜咁好開胃,而且因為烤麩入面好多個孔,吸晒啲汁好正。佢烤得好,咬落去口感好有彈性。火薰玉蓮鴨子麵$178都係叫左餐所以有埋兩個小食。鴨肉燘得好細心,細緻油潤。米酒做調味可以令到鴨肉完全冇腥味。湯底濃郁而且有鴨肉嘅肉汁。配麵嘅好處就係可以食晒成個餐嘅精華!小食方面叫左夫妻肺片同鹽水鴨。夫妻肺片嘅麻辣係香港人接受到嘅辣度,有牛肺、牛心同牛舌。三樣都好軟嫩爽滑,滷味都有保留到。鹽水鴨嘅味道又同個鴨子麵唔同。肉質甘腴鹹香,好嫩滑。食完依幾舊之後仍然想再食多幾件!
