今晚book咗同屋企人過嚟食飯,本身係想同屋企人慢慢坐喺度傾吓計飲吓嘢,點知最尾食到一肚氣⋯叫咗七碟嘢 有三碟都唔係好得,其他都唔錯嘅!重點係想講吓啲服務態度同埋管理思維:因為呢間係一間居酒屋而佢限時60分鐘,其實已經係好趕咁冇所謂啦,因為一開始book嘅時候已經知道因為有75折優惠~但係食到都差不多去到20至25分鐘嘅時候,我想再叫多一碟嘢Waiter話呢碟嘢已經賣晒,但係我見到其他客人都喺度食緊 唔知點解啦。之後差不多夠60分鐘嘅時候Waiter再次提我地話要交枱 反而唔係再推介有其他嘢可以嗌…其實夠鐘交枱唔係問題,但當時仲有一半枱未坐滿,而且門口都冇人等緊,我真係唔明白點解要我哋還枱唔可以坐多陣 究竟呢個規矩係咪真係咁緊要,定係只係從打工仔心態出發?完全冇考慮過餐廳嘅利潤或者客人嘅體驗/感覺呢?呢樣嘢有待改善囉,希望公司嘅人會睇到啦。
