To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好多年沒去加太賀,想不到變得如此差勁,首先,我們的刺身(竹)不新鮮,出晒水,羊架over cook 蟹粥無味,赤貝壽司也都食得出不新鮮,因為咬落是稔,不是赤貝應有的爽脆,嗰杯士多啤梨飲先可怕,賣相好肉酸,恕我得罪,真有點像嘔吐物其他的食物不致於難吃,但就像二百多元的放題質素最令人失望的是待應的服務態度,甫坐下,我問有沒有生蠔,待應說有,但得兩隻,一隻是$52、另一隻是$53,後來生蠔吧的師傅更正兩款都是$52,問待應拿隻杯,她的表情好像好為難?像是怪我為何問她拿杯,埋單後問都唔問便把髒碟放落另一隻還有兩件鰻魚煎餅的碟,其實我還打算食,全店得兩桌客,為何咁趕?
