To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 約了朋友去時代廣場鍾厨飲茶疫情前曾嚟過飲茶,点心重可以,点知疫情後再嚟 用QR code 落單,六樣点心中,除咗個素粉果味道係正常,其他都係唔掂鲮魚球有腥味無陳皮味蘿蔔糕太油膩,且一舊粉頭紅米腸最差,唔脆又有油益味,超難食伴碟嘅菜心根本無煑過,硬到咬唔到,好容易揾到侍者嚟反映,咁知佢話喺咁啦因為落單同冲茶唔駛侍者,少侍者同時,服務亦欠奉本來無諗住寫食評,所以無影相,但因實在太過份,忍唔住要報導俾大家知
