To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食物又咸又梅， 完全不新鮮， 一定沒有下次。赤蝦也是梅的。 食完肚子還不適。要選餐廳真的要三思， 這間餐廳真是令人很失望，完全跟網上評語不一， 大家不要誤信網上評語。見到餐廳職員執枱更可怕， 把枱上的食物殘渣掃在地上， 明白是年輕的part time ，但環境也會影響餐廳觀感， 環境衛生必須改善。
