To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雖然平日午市未夠12點都要等位，但係的確有佢要等位嘅道理。限時90分鐘用膳時間，所以都唔會話要等得好耐，10至15分鐘可以接受。海南雞飯，雞髀要另外加錢，冇加到食咗其他部位都滑，個飯好夠味，乾身又唔會好硬👍🏻 黑豉油炒蘿蔔糕👍🏻👍🏻成碟我自己都食得晒，蘿蔔糕有彈性仲有好多真蘿蔔喺入面好有咬口，味道有啲甜，但係我好鍾意黃金雞翼，鹹蛋味都夠，就咁睇隻雞翼都勁厚粉，只係炸得唔夠脆，可以一試美祿恐龍👍🏻 濃味，多脆脆
