To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐廳主要為近年大熱既fusion菜由於今次得兩個食, 所以只叫得三個菜同一個小食餐廳裝修簡單燈光柔和座位間隔夠闊環境: 舒服餐牌既菜式大多為自家創作, 融合不同菜系每一樣都好值得一試但今次人力有限只試左4樣落完單, bartender會親自走過黎問我地想飲乜野我地講完要求後, bartender介紹左兩款cocktail我呢杯係infuse oolong飲落好香桂花味, 個人好喜歡, bartender介紹時話呢款酒係用份子料理既方式調出黎朋友個杯係smoky high ball, 煙燻味好香, 飲落好特別, 但由於酒底係威士忌,  本人酒量淺, 淺酌兩啖後比左朋友處理, 佢表示非常喜歡P.S. bartender會親身過黎調酒, 令視覺都有一重享受第一道上枱既係小食: 雞泡魚干有日韓兩款, 左日右韓, 日式較軟身濃味, 韓式較香脆, 伴酒一流第二道: 主菜 鵝肝黑松露意粉呢款可能比較普遍, 好多cafe都有得食但呢款係我最喜歡,覺得最好的一道不普通的地方是鵝肝煎得外脆內軟嫰滑, 醬汁香濃而廚師煮意粉的功力更是值得講一講意粉煮得軟硬適中啱啱好, 而且完全吸收晒啲汁同行朋友都奇怪點解意粉

不普通的地方是鵝肝煎得外脆內軟嫰滑, 醬汁香濃
廚師煮意粉的功力更是值得講一講
意粉煮得軟硬適中啱啱好, 而且完全吸收晒啲汁
同行朋友都奇怪點解意粉唔見有汁, 原來比啲意粉索晒, 真係每一條咬落去都好香
但完全唔覺得乾身, 只可以話廚師功力好厲害

餐飯非常令人驚喜,以平民價錢黎講材料的確好靚

除左食物好食外, 都想讚一讚服務的確好好
當晚人客算多, 幾近滿場, 但侍應只有一位, 連bartender都要兼任樓面
但服務態度依然不變, 笑容十足, 語氣親切有禮
食物同服務都好出色
