Bone marrow 配多士,唔夠多士可以再加,整體味道好好,海膽新鮮,但太多配料顯得牛骨髓失色咗少少個汁好鮮甜,但唔會好油,帶子生熟煮得好啱我,唔會覺得生,但又冇熟晒,中間仲好鮮甜好多汁職員好詳細咁介紹Menu,每一款肉都介紹,亦會了解客人需要去介紹,最後揀咗哩款係意大利嘅t-bone ,大概34oz,減去骨大概有28oz肉兩個人食都係有d多,但好少食意大利嘅扒就想試吓,肉係比美國澳洲牛實,幾有新鮮感,對於鍾意肉味重嘅我覺得都唔錯,而且骨分開兩邊嘅肉質都有分別,一邊會淋d,一邊實d,多重享受,哩到出名嘅木炭烤爐烤出嚟嘅味道真係好香,食完仲會有餘韻最後order多個Soufflé,面頭焦焦地,裏面係泡泡感,中間再有少少橙味,帶少少橙皮粒,又有少少咬口,整體口感豐富,甜甜酸酸
