To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友慶祝生日,搵咗呢間或生日碟好靚嘅餐廳,畫蛋糕或生日碟唔需要加錢,只需要每人最低消費$250(一個圖案)$300(兩個圖案)真係好抵👍蜜瓜巴馬火腿沙律($88)正常發揮👍 封門柳配大啡菇($168)份量偏少,好細碟,嚟到嗰吓有啲失望,但係好好味嘅🥹如果能夠多少少配菜會更好鵝肝牛肝菌忌廉燉飯($188)好出色,好香好好味🤤黃金單骨雞翼($68)呢啲邪惡嘢冇可能唔好食啦👍仲叫咗兩杯飲品~正常嘢就唔特別講啦甜品揀咗黑芝麻巴斯克蛋糕配椰子雪糕,黑芝麻味好濃郁,蛋糕嘅質地都好好味,椰子雪糕都好出色👍呢個係十分滿意嘅🩷整體嚟講食物都係水準以上,不過定價有少少高,兩個人都要$750埋單,但其他嘢都有改善嘅空間。餐廳張枱都幾細下,不過明白香港租金昂貴,呢樣嘢就真係冇乜辦法嘅,可以接受。不過店員應該安排吓啲食物嘅上菜次序,呢個價位嘅西餐嚟講,其實可以安排得好少少,我哋叫完啲嘢食之後佢勁快上齊晒啲嘢,但我哋連個沙律都未食晒,就上埋主菜,都唔知食得邊樣🥲利申我哋六點就去食飯,當時係員工多過客,餐廳一啲都唔繁忙,其實要hold一hold食物嘅出餐,根本唔難做到,只係在於有冇心去做。特別名字餐廳本身嘅枱都唔
