To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食物水平不錯，但服務有很大改善空間

之前已經光顧2-3次，食物水平相當不錯，環境也是挺好，可是今天光顧的時候，我從店外看到餐廳都滿了，本來想打開門跟店員說人數然後在外面等，不過那個戴眼鏡的男店員從收銀走到遠處後就打手勢示意沒有座位，然後有點不禮貌的叫我們離開，完全沒有留下人數以及叫我們等候，可能那名店員當時忙吧，但對於客人來說這種態度給我感覺完全不想做生意的樣子，起碼應該留下人數或者叫我們在外面等一下也可以，這樣感覺趕客的態度實在讓人有點不快，應該沒有下一次了。
