To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一直想嚟呢間餐廳試試，因為環境好靚又少人嚟，呢度有時會有private event，我諗食物水準會再高啲嘅。食物及服務質素算是可以，再以環境及朋友間的口碑去比較，價錢非物超所值。今晚係食開年飯，叫咗 tasting menu，有4道菜色，每樣味道都算過得去，okay嘅，你會聞到食物嘅香味，但因為唔夠熱，令到食物嘅香及味冇發揮到出嚟，例如龍蝦及和牛，如果夠熱，啲味會再濃再香啲，所以對比起期望嘅味道，有啲差距，但感覺未算太差。叫咗杯最平嘅紅酒，份量唔多，味道okay。唔會再同朋友嚟嘅原因並唔係食物質素，而係喺金鐘，可以食到高質素嘅食物又可以靜靜地摸酒杯底仍有好多選擇。Chautaue Bellevue Red Glass x1 $80-Tasting Menu x2 $1,360-10% surcharge $144-Total $1,584-呢個菜色有香味，但係係一個暖嘅雞，所以味道差咗啲。和牛手工意粉，好食鰻魚意大利飯，好味。杯酒$80蚊，斟得較少。Rosewood Hotel Henry 餐廳酒價差唔多，但會斟到半杯。呢個龍蝦雲吞，半生熟，所以唔夠香，嘥咗。和牛天婦羅，okay嘅。a
