Restaurant: PAK LOK CHIU CHOW RESTAURANT

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天家人特意選了這家酒家吃潮州酒家,本是潮州人的我,來來去去吃那幾家潮州菜也吃膩了,但家人聽說這家不錯,當然來嘗嘗。潮州菜也離不開滷水鵝片,比起打冷的,這個鵝片沒有太多脂肪,且入味又不算太咸,是不錯。杏汁肺湯-喝了感到清潤,我就很愛杏汁味,所以也很推介。蠔餅-確實有很多蠔仔在內,不過可能容易出水,要靠漿粉抓著,所以沒有感到脆口,比起以前年少吃過的小販檔及打冷差一點。反沙芋-熱騰騰的端上來真的可口,相信這味難煮的餸確實只可在外求吃了!其他如糖醋麵、雜菜粉絲煲、椒鹽九肚魚、川椒雞、沙爹牛肉炒芥蘭則不過不失吧!雖然味道上都算中上,但價錢方面每味菜都要過百元以上,確實不算大眾化,可能真的過時過節,才會想來吃吧!
