To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上次光顧itamomo已經是半年有多前的事了, 今次因為來遲了一點, 正好是吃下午茶的時間. 環境上沒有甚麼改變, 依舊是有點嘈吵, 冷氣又不夠熱, 而且冷氣機間中還會滴水......就像一間茶餐廳. 下午茶的選擇與午餐的同樣多, 粉飯麵多士, 美式港式日式意式, 應有盡有, 單是看餐牌也花了不少時間!吉列豬扒拼蒜茸包 ($25)豬扒炸得夠香脆, 不過肉質略為偏乾了一點; 以法包做的蒜茸包焗得香脆, 蒜茸味OK.另加蒜香牛油厚多士 (+$3)這個多士烤得不夠脆身, 邊位又偏硬, 與套餐內的蒜茸包差得遠水牛城辣汁雞翼 (+$8)點菜時, 侍應說這個雞翼少少辣而已, 但當吃下去時, 它的卻遠遠不是少少! 雞翼本身烤得香口, 雞肉也滑. 但外層的醬汁偏辣, 吃下去有點麻的感覺, 兩老吃後頻頻飲水!! 豬扒包配野菜沙律 ($27)豬扒包包身焗得不夠脆, 但豬扒卻算多汁, 味道ok.野菜沙律木概是沒有瀝乾水份, 所以碟底有不少水; 黃色的沙律汁味道帶微酸, 吃起來頗醒胃.煙鴨胸磨菇腸通粉 ($28)肉類份量頗多, 煙鴨胸帶有微煙燻味, 肉質頗腍; 磨菇腸切得很薄身, 幾乎吃不出味道來. 可能由於

肉類份量頗多, 煙鴨胸帶有微煙燻味, 肉質頗腍; 磨菇腸切得很薄身, 幾乎吃不出味道來. 可能由於煙鴨胸和磨菇腸都是煎過後才放入通粉內, 所以整碟都是油油膩膩的
! 唯一可取的是通粉是用了有坑紋的那種, 吃起來比較掛汁, 咬口也較佳.

三個人吃得飽飽也是100元有找, 價錢不比大xx等快餐店貴, 還可以有甚麼要求??
