To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次有家人生日要慶祝的日子，大多數都會選擇這裡他們的食物質素保持得不錯，而且價錢合理今次點了一個11月的超值全包宴 $1598上枱就知道非常足料份量足夠8-10人吃了先來一份鴻運乳豬全體香脆咸香的外皮和肥美脂香的肉，沒有一次令人失望上湯焗馬拉盞蒸波士頓龍蝦烏冬龍蝦非常多，而且不是只有殼，肉質鮮美飽滿結實呢！烏冬用上讚歧烏冬，質素挺不錯！這個好像是新製法，味道不俗，他們菜式每次都讓人感到驚喜松露醬燒雞令人感到滿意的一道菜！加上松露醬的這個新製法令這道菜色昇華多了一份咸香的味道！雞肉皮脆肉嫩，肉汁豐富，十分新鮮西蘭花炒龍躉球龍躉球煎得香口，而且吃不到雪藏味道，份量也很多！枝竹生炆龍躉頭腩這個調味有點偏咸，但枝竹炆得入味，龍躉頭腩肉質嫩滑，裡面還有瘦肉絲呢！檸檬炸蝦餅蝦味鮮美，蝦餅炸得外脆內彈牙歡樂大蟠桃生日少不了吃壽包這環節，12個內有奶皇餡和蓮蓉餡，兩種味道都好吃，各有千秋！希望他們的質素和水準可以繼續保持！
