想與姐妹傾下計,又想食串燒,逛下逛下,找到了這間串燒。座位有戶外和室內選擇。串燒與燒烤種類各半,花多眼亂,選擇了好耐,幸好上菜好快。桌面都有幾種調味料給客人自行增添食物味道。先來 麻辣燒雞翼$32(2隻),辣味比麻味還要重,辣到飛起,雞皮與肉同樣入味,雞肉依然juicy。頂唔住辣,要飲罐檸檬茶解辣。磯燒元貝$20,原本以為是原隻半殼元貝,原來是串燒粒裝,呈半乾濕,塗上醬燒汁來燒,蓋過了磯燒味。鰻魚汁燒雞脾菇串$22,雞脾菇大件爽身,若一開二會更易咀嚼。雙重芝士豬頸肉$75,鬆軟豬頸肉本身已夠味道,在其上放上芝士,使豬頸肉多了份芝士香。黑魚子燒蠔$68(2隻),日本廣島蠔蠔味較重,肥美飽滿,燒後仍有足夠水份,黑魚子份量勁多,卜卜脆的,好有口感。牛油燒花甲$52,比想像中細粒,每粒花甲都有牛油的香,未致於嫩滑爆汁,又不會太乾爭,不過不失。芝士燒虎蝦$58,蝦肉實淨彈牙,香口不過火,但芝士與蝦容易分離,兩者味道分開了。
