To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

尋晚3人行去食飯,今次係第2次食。其實第一次食覺得好好食,所以今次介紹埋俾朋友食。我地首先叫左一大條香麻辣烤鉗魚,烤魚仍然係好味,keep到水準。我地今次叫左窩荀、蘿蔔、金針茹、酸菜同幼薯粉。幼薯粉真係好明智既選擇,撈埋d汁食好好味。窩荀、蘿蔔、金針茹平平,酸菜唔酸既,仲要好咸食完烤魚,我地再叫左個田雞泡飯,其實d田雞一食就知道係雪藏的,都好明白會用雪藏田雞煮,但menu係寫新鮮架嘛,你自然會有期望另外小食叫左個海蜇皮蛋,呢個高質,皮蛋無臭味,加埋海蜇爽脆,陣陣麻油香,呢個有80分。最後食埋串燒,叫左雞軟骨、羊、豬頸肉、原條茄子、白鱔串...最串係白鱔串,四十幾蚊得3小塊,其他都唔平,但份量少得可憐。最好食只得白鱔串同埋原條茄子,其實真係麻麻地。同埋...我未見過咁細件既豬頸肉...媽呀...有種被搶錢的感覺。
