To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

趁長假期到t hotel staycation，一嘗餐廳的晚餐和早餐。😋酒店地理位置不在繁華的鬧市，眼見住客大多為本地人來度假。因完成水療後也不想到處逛，大約八點多才到餐廳晚膳，因只有單點菜式，點了一個前菜和兩個主菜，大約四百多元非常超值！早餐則希望留在房間享受美景，因此叫來room service，價錢統一為HK$75一份，也屬超值之選！餐廳雖為訓練餐廳，但水準及質素之高，令人頗有驚喜。若果可安排不定期轉菜單，吸引力必定大大提升。
