Restaurant: Chatterbox Café (AIRSIDE)

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食物質素可以，但服務態度不似遇期

2024年4月11日中午時分到店食海南雞飯套餐，海南雞飯餐味道不俗，例湯夠味，有清味蕾的作用，飲品四季柑茶值得推介。但可惜的是，此店的待應服務態度如同大家樂大快活質素。是緣在等食期間，見到一個客人希望坐卡位，但駐店待應因只有一個人為由，要求客人轉坐單人位，客人因而要求離開，待應嘗試補救但最後不果。我看見客人表情十分失望，揮袖而去。轉坐問題不大，但當時餐廳只有數位食客，大量位置空置，為何不可以讓客人自由選座。請經營餐廳負責人能正視問題。比你好的餐廳如恆河沙數，為什麼客人想進來用膳，雖說新加坡文華酒店旗下品牌，但在港如斯營運實在有點那個。
