To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

必食冷鍋酸菜魚 $188 幾多魚又夠滑，不過有少少骨，要小心食。味道都幾酸，中辣都可以接受，配料除左大量酸菜仲有芽菜，金菇，寬粉等食完之後可以再散叫食材打邊爐，萵筍片 $38以及蟹籽丸 $39，正常火鍋配料。手撕包菜 $65 幾好味，菜幾爽口。 尖椒皮蛋 $38有啲貴，譚仔好食啲又抵食啲！川北涼粉 $38呢個啲粉有點腍得濟，不過幾好食。幾款小食同小菜都係辣，惹味又過癮，不過叫杯凍飲更加爽，荔枝沙冰 菠蘿沙冰 $35 消暑又解辣！人氣食店都幾多人等位，店員都好趕翻枱，用餐時間一到就一分鐘內催兩次，大佬阿，咁飲埋杯野，抹個嘴，戴個口罩都要少少時間既，見到個客都預備緊離開又唔駛趕客卦...
