To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一心去幫襯片皮鴨,全家2大2細同阿媽一行5人,星期日晚。叫了茶,茶壺一到,就連加兩小碟前菜,青瓜木耳之類,記住,係連「加」,吾係「送」,仲要係當正你一定會要,問都吾問你,又吾會講幾錢既。所以如果吾要,可以叫waiter 攞走,食左,就成為$28蚊x2, 58蚊,加埋一即係64蚊。點好啦,點了五個菜,其中包括一隻片皮鴨。點好菜吾夠3分鐘,即先上鴨碎肉一碟連生菜,但隻燒鴨未出場㗎,點解有鴨肉碎呢? 留比大家諗啦!好啦,等到主角出場啦,一細碟,得20多片,吓! 點解一隻得咁少呢?我地望下waiter 點切啦,因為切鴨姐姐就企係我地枱隔離位,所以睇得好清楚,一隻隻啲鴨推哂出嚟,姐姐切左20幾片,見到肶位重巧多肶肉,但姐姐巳停手,送去食客枱。之後一隻隻切完既鴨身(仲好鬼多鴨肉)就推哂入廚房。我地忍吾住搵waiter問,點解吾比番啲鴨骨我地,她有啲驚吾答,搵左個黑衫女waiter, 可能係高級啲,黑衫女答,果個要叫一食先得。我問點解餐牌無一食揀,你地又吾問客人要一食定二食。佢答,一食二食都同價,所以餐牌寫二食,巳概括左一食! 吓! 兩樣完全吾同既食法,餐牌show二食,當食客知道可以另外揀一食,因

北京樓,一個吾老牌著名食店,竟然用咁古惑既手般做生意,好失望。所以打字打到手軟,我都要係度請出真相。
大家如果真係要幫襯北京樓,記住,問有無一食,二食,另外,前菜可以吾要。
