To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚同老公喺坑口上堂,落堂都差不多9點,我倆決定食個快飯便回家休息。我地決定食翠華,因為屋企附無,想試試翠華嘅晚餐。我倆肚仔餓所以點了西冷牛扒餐及蕃茄焗豬扒飯。羅宋湯材料多,夠香。牛油豬保持水準,但奶茶唔夠熱,上枱時只是暖暖的,沒有茶香,街上茶餐廳也比它好喝。牛扒份量超大,隨著鐵板送通時還滋滋聲好吸引。淋上黑椒汁即時香噴噴咬一口。。。思考一會。。。再望一望塊扒,到底我在咀嚼什麼肉呢?為何完全感受不到牛肉味道,肉十分腍但一點肉味也沒有,可能是被醃肉粉醃得太久,這個價錢的質素還比不上快餐店的鐵板餐😞除了份量驚人之外都沒有賣點。我們吃了意粉和幾口牛肉便放棄了。蕃茄焗豬扒飯焗得比較燶,味道和快餐店相近。首次到翠華試鐵板牛扒,質素真的有待提升。
