To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期五當晚，我同阿媽夜晚八點半去食旺角東這間譚仔，當時好多人嗌緊火鍋，我哋就嗌咗蕃茄湯沙嗲醬嘅火鍋，隔咗十分鐘都未嚟就有職員叫我哋買咗單先，我就話這間店收咁早嗎，個職員就話九點半，如果關咁早，就不要叫其他客人入來啦，當時仲要被職員話我哋阻住人收工/食嘢慢😥，我認為食好熱嘅嘢有咩可能快，人哋又話我哋遲嚟又關我x事，佢態度差之餘，仲有啲嘢食質素差咗，佢哋畀曬一整生菜，仲要我哋分開落仲浪費時間，仲要畀埋曬啲生米線我哋食，啲餸仲要唔好食，今次體驗真係好差，下次唔會再來👋仲要用$72食埋啲垃圾，人哋$40幾已經可以食到火鍋
